Refund policy
At Índigo – Rethink Fashion, we strive to ensure that every garment and accessory you purchase provides satisfaction and confidence. Below is our Returns and Exchanges Policy:
Returns
- Pre-ordered items, custom-made garments, and products purchased on sale or clearance are non-refundable.
- For in-stock orders, returns and refunds must be requested within 7 business days of receiving the order.
- To begin the process, please email us at Adm@indigorethinkfashion.com with your order number and request details.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and tags.
- Refunds do not include shipping fees, taxes, or logistical costs, which must be covered by the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or manufacturing defects.
- Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transport. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and, if possible, purchasing shipping insurance.
- Send the tracking number and your receipt or proof of purchase to the indicated email so we can follow up on your return.
- Once the item is received, our team will inspect its condition and notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund, issuance of store credit, or product replacement.
- If your refund takes longer than expected, you may contact us; please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional processing time.
- Store credit notes are valid for 3 months and may be used on any item available in our online store (shipping fees not included).
Exchanges
- Exchanges will only be approved if the purchase is international and the item is returned within 7 business days of receiving the order.
- Exchanges are not accepted for international purchases.
- Índigo reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item has been worn, soiled, washed, or altered in any way.
- Shipping and logistical costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

- We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to debit/credit cards or PayPal.
- To request an online store credit note, please send your request via email.
